Breathe between the volcano and the sea.

Small-group yoga retreats on the green north coast of Tenerife. Daily practice, volcanic trails, ocean swims and slow, nourishing food — with eternal spring weather all year round.

Our philosophy

Not a boot camp. Not a spa. A week to come home to your body, shaped by the island.

Tenerife is a place of contrasts — black sand and white peaks, laurel forests and lava fields. Our retreats follow its rhythm: energising mornings, unhurried afternoons and quiet, candlelit evenings. All levels are welcome, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners.

A day on retreat

Structure when you want it. Freedom when you don't.

Workshops and trips are optional — join what calls to you and rest when you need to.

  • Optional workshops

On two of the six days: nutrition, backbending and other workshops. Join as many as you like — or none.

  • Optional trips

On two other days: trips together, such as hikes down to a beach. Entirely up to you.

  1. Morning Yoga & Meditation Practice

Start the day with breath, meditation and a mindful flow.

  2. Brunch

A nourishing, wholesome brunch to fuel your day.

  3. Free time

Rest, swim, read, explore — or join an optional workshop or trip.

  4. Strength & Mobility for Longevity

Functional strength and mobility work for a resilient body.

  5. Dinner

A shared, healthy dinner to close the day together.

This is just an example of a schedule, which may differ slightly from one retreat type to another — for example, the evening session is yin yoga on Ocean & Breath and salsa on Yoga & Dance.

“Movement, breath and good food — I believe real wellbeing lives where they meet.”

Originally from Poland, I've called Tenerife home since 2021. I've always been driven by a love for movement, which first led me to yoga back in high school when my mom bought me my very first yoga book. Twelve years ago, that initial curiosity evolved into a dedicated Ashtanga Vinyasa practice, eventually leading me to Capoeira. Today, I combine yoga, strength training, and dance—a mix I find essential for staying healthy, mobile, and resilient as we age. But above all, I do it because movement should be fun. When you enjoy what you do, staying active becomes something you look forward to every day.

As a certified nutrition coach, food is a central part of every retreat. Together we'll explore how what we eat supports energy, recovery and a calmer mind — on the mat and long after you fly home.

FAQ

Good to know

Do I need yoga experience?

Not at all. Every class offers options for beginners and more experienced students. Ocean & Breath, with its gentle evening yin, is especially well suited to first-timers.

What is included in the price?

Accommodation, three meals a day, all yoga and meditation sessions, guided excursions, use of mats and props, and return transfers from Tenerife North (TFN) airport. Flights, insurance and massages are not included.

Which airport should I fly into?

Tenerife North (TFN) is usually the most convenient. Tenerife South (TFS) also works; we can arrange a transfer from there for a small supplement. Full travel details are shared once your place is confirmed.

Where exactly is the retreat held?

The venue is shared privately with confirmed guests. Each retreat takes place in a peaceful, nature-surrounded home on the island.

Can I come on my own?

Yes — around two thirds of our guests travel solo. You can share a twin room with another solo guest or book a private room.

What is the weather like?

Tenerife has a mild climate year-round, typically 20–26°C by day. Bring layers for evenings and a warm jacket for Teide, which can be cool at altitude.

How do I secure my place?

Send us an enquiry and we will confirm availability within 24 hours. A 30% deposit reserves your place, with the balance due six weeks before arrival.
